Show cancellation announcement

Thank you for your interest in our performance. It is with deep regret that we are announcing the cancellation of this years performance due to circumstances beyond our control. Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far, and to our wonderful cast and crew who have worked so hard to get the show together. Though not taken lightly, after a long discussion by our committee, the decision has been made not to press forward with this performance. 


This is not the end and we are looking forward to welcoming our audiences again for our annual family pantomime next year, with new members events and auditions to take place in the coming months. However, due to various factors out of our control, we have been unable to proceed with the performance of our adult pantomime.

We will be refunding all existing ticket sales shortly.

  • For online bookings who used an email address
    You will soon receive an email from our booking platform, Ticketsource, detailing how and when your refund will be processed. As the payment handler, all further correspondence regarding refunds will come from Ticketsource.

  • For online bookings who did not provide an email address
    We will be manually checking for bookings who did not provide an email address and try and make contact with you over the phone in the coming days. Your refund will still be automatically processed by Ticketsource and there is no need for any further action from yourselves, so do not worry if you miss the call.

  • For cash bookings
    Somebody will be in touch over the coming days to arrange your refund.

Please be aware that ticket source will not be able to provide refunds for additional fee's associated with physical ticket deliveries or mobile phone tickets.

If there are any problems or queries regarding the refund process, please contact us here. All monies should be returned to you within the next 5-7 working days regardless of how you booked, although the exact time frame can vary depending on your bank or card used for ticket purchase.
